Cancellation Policy

At salon UNO, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask for notice in the event of a cancellation or reschedule.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to be flexible in those rare cases. However, repeated late cancellations may result in prepayment requirements for future appointments.
